What to Do in Disney World After Dark
Create your own progressive dinner at Disney Springs:
Disney Springs is the shopping, dining, and entertainment district at Walt Disney World, and the best part is that you don’t need a park ticket or park reservation to get in. Those who want to try more than one of the dining options can pull together a DIY progressive dinner, where you go to a different spot for appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Entrees at Paddlefish are excellent if you like seafood with a stunning rooftop view over Disney Springs and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. (Book ahead as Paddlefish is a fairly popular restaurant that can fill up quickly, especially on weekends.)
